The text, paintings, emblem, design, software and other material on this site belong to Citadels Development or are used with permission. You may view and share links to them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please ask before reproducing or using them in any other way. Names and marks of other companies and platforms belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.

The historical material in The Archives is provided for general interest. We cite our sources and take care to be accurate, but it may contain errors, and the paintings are artistic impressions rather than photographs.

What you send us

You are responsible for what you send through our forms or by email, and you confirm you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it to reply, to consider your application and to run the studio.

Please do not send confidential information or unsolicited ideas for products or games. We work on many ideas of our own, and receiving yours does not create any obligation, partnership or duty of confidentiality, or prevent us from developing similar ideas independently.

Opportunities

Roles and collaborations listed on the site are invitations to apply, not offers. Posting a role, or receiving an application, does not create any employment or contractual relationship, and we may change or close an opportunity at any time.

Our games and software

Games, applications and other works we release may have their own terms, and those released on third-party platforms are also subject to that platform’s rules. Where they apply, those terms govern your use of the work.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as the sources cited in The Archives and our social channels. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Citadels Development is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
